TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Parts ordered
to customer's specification cannot be returned unless
the goods are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for
purpose or not as originally described.
- All orders
cancelled within 7 working days (commencing the day after
receipt of the goods, see returns procedure) will be
credited in full. Orders that have been correctly supplied
and are cancelled after this period; will be subject
to a 25% minimum handling charge.
- Any shortfall
or damage to goods must be notified as soon as is reasonably
possible following receipt of the goods.
All parts being returned for credit must be in a resaleable condition. Items
will not be accepted if they appear to have been fitted, if any sealant grease
has been applied or if the packaging has been damaged.
- We reserve
the right to refuse exchange units, which are considered
to be in an unserviceable condition.
Surcharges must be paid upon purchase of the unit and will be reimbursed
only if and when the unit is accepted by the surcharge department.
- No warranty
labour claims will be accepted on any faulty goods returned.
- All goods remain
the property of Northern Radiators until paid for in
full and payment has been received in full.
Delivery
We use various Companies to deliver our parts. We always aim to deliver for the next day except Saturday and Sunday.
All deliveries require a signature. Please ensure that you can sign for the parcel between 8.30 am to 6.00pm
Should we fail to deliver next day we will refund your carriage charge, no quibbles.... none of our competitors
offer this.
The standard delivery cost of £10.00 is for UK mainland only. Outlying regions,The North of Scotland, Highlands
and Islands may be subject to a surcharge and we do not guarantee a next day delivery. We are happy to offer Saturday
AM delivery, Before 10am delivery and World Wide delivery. Please call us on 0845 0529435 (local rate) to discuss any

Collection
Unlike our competitors we operate from three locations, Bradford, Huddersfield and Leeds. You are most welcome to call

Surcharges
Certain items that we carry here at Northern Radiators have
been reconditioned. These items will carry an additional
'Surcharge' amount
When we receive your old unit back, the surcharge amount
will be refunded to you as soon as the item has been checked
by our returns department.
Before returning your old unit please ensure that it is
in a reserviceable condition .Norhern Radiators reserves
the right not to refund the surcharge if it is found that
the unit is unserviceable.
Returns procedure
Before returning
any goods please read our Terms and Conditions.
Northern Radiators must be informed in writing of any items
that you wish to return for credit or exchange within 7 working
days commencing the day after delivery.
All items returned must be accompanied by either the relevant
invoice or appropriate proof of purchase, i.e. credit card
slip.
Items should be returned to the branch where the items were
originally purchased. All items ordered via our web site
or national mail order should be returned to: Northern Radiators
3 Dolly Lane Leeds West Yorkshire. The cost of returning
items is the responsibility of the customer.

Privacy and Security
We
take our customers privacy and security very seriously.
When we request your credit card details you will see
a gold padlock located on your browsers status bar. When
double-clicked a Verisign Secure Digital Certificate
displays
verifying our credentials and the current encryption
status. To further enhance this security we do not store any customer
or credit details on our web server.
